PROJECT OVERVIEW

TRADEWIND will collaborate with Crystal and the team at SPS New England to capture dynamic content for their accelerated MBTA bridge project in Newton-Weston, MA. In addition to regular site updates, TRADEWIND will conduct on-site interviews with key team members to deliver a more in-depth look into the project’s process, progress, and a successful recap upon completion.

A key aspect of this engagement involves coordinating logistics for overnight and time-sensitive work, with a strong emphasis on maintaining clear communication with SPS NE Project Management. Lead-up meetings and active on-site support will be essential for ensuring TRADEWIND can operate efficiently within the scheduled windows.

Updated Coverage Schedule (Subject to Change):

  • Friday, 6/20: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Saturday, 6/21) for TMP Deployment/Demo (~8 hours)

  • Saturday, 6/21: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Sunday, 6/22) for PBU Erection (~11 hours)

  • Sunday, 6/22: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM for Low P Pour (~8 hours)

  • Sunday, 6/22: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday, 6/23) for Opening of Traffic (~9 hours)

Deliverables:

  • One (1) project update video (2–4 minutes)

  • Up to four (4) interview videos

  • Two (2) social media video edits

  • 60–100 high-quality, edited photos

COST BREAKDOWN:

PRE PRODUCTION/MEDIA STORAGE: $2,000

PRODUCTION (Four Shoot Windows): $10,000

POST PRODUCTION (TWO WEEK TURNAROUND): $3,000
