Below is the proposal for the August, September, and October shoots to display the site overview of properties. This will allow for LEI new hires to learn about the snow removal, while also minimizing room for mistakes at said properties.

OVERVIEW
TRADEWIND will work with Mike Wilson and Shawn Kerwin from LEI Corp to create a series of engaging informational videos for each property that LEI services throughout the winter so that new crew members can watch a site overview video to better understand how to manage that property. This will add value as there will be a minimizing of mistakes, and an immediate understanding of how to manage a property, where to dump snow, etc.
Each video will be in coordination with Shawn Kerwin, and follow the same templatized video outline so they're easy to follow and quick to consume so that on site teams have the information they need.

Small Shoot- up to 2 hours on site, (Can shoot up to 4 per day)
Medium Shoot- up to 4 hours on site, (Can shoot 2-3 per day)
Large Shoot- up to 6 hours on site, (Can shoot 1-2/day)
Camera and Travel included

One revision (Note: This price includes one comprehensive revision, which must be received within seven business days of delivered materials. Additional video production or editing services will be billed at an additional rate of $150.00 per hour.)

2-3 minute video highlighting Snow removal as a whole
Large Shoot- $2,000
2 videos one highlighting snow removal via plowing, the second video highlighting salting each 2-3 minutes each.
Pre Production- $500
Production- $1,000- $2,000
