  1. Two Half Days of Photo/Video filming (DO NOT HAVE TO BE CONCURRENT)

  3. Company Overview Video

  4. 3 service videos

  5. Project Profiles

  6. Branding Photos

Development Phase

ONE MONTH

  1. Site access and passwords acquired (If Applicable)

  2. Site audit(s), all previously existing content gathered

  3. File management architecture established  

    • TRADEWIND will recommend any security/hosting changes at this point

  4. Graphic development/Brand Audit

  5. Client meeting and onboarding

  6. Sitemap/subjects agreed upon

  7. Client contact appreciated during this phase

Site Build Phase

ONE MONTH

  1. Site concept(s) developed based on graphics/content/intent

  2. Transfer template(s)

  3. Finalize sitemap(s)

  4. Finalize page flow and content layout

  5. Get written and visual content approval

  6. Functionality integration (Scheduling/Payment systems)

Site Finalization Phase

TWO WEEKS

  1. Client meeting to present final design

  2. Client notes and revisions integrated

  3. Site launched

  4. Site monitored for 2 weeks for any further changes needed
