OVERVIEW

Eden’s Excavating, with over 20 years of experience in the Cleveland market, is seeking to expand its digital presence to better reflect its reputation and capabilities. This initiative focuses on increasing visibility, modernizing digital assets, and establishing a consistent content strategy that supports brand awareness and growth.

1. On-Site Media Capture
(2-Day Shoot)

Tradewind will travel to Eden’s Excavating to capture high-quality video and photo content. Deliverables will include:

  • Branded Photography for use across web, social, and print.

  • Evergreen Video Content, including:

    • “About Us” Company Overview

    • Service Showcase Video

    • Recruitment Video

    • Employee Spotlight Features

These assets will be designed to be timeless, reusable, and platform-optimized.


2. Website Refresh (Up to 6 Pages)

Rather than a complete rebuild, we’ll modernize the current site structure with:

  • Updated visual design and branding

  • Improved navigation and user experience

  • Integration of new photo/video content

  • Light SEO optimization and mobile responsiveness

Pages to be updated include:

  • Home

  • About Us

  • Services

  • Contact

  • Projects

  • Equipment

This refresh will retain existing content where applicable, while enhancing professionalism and functionality.


3. Social Media Establishment & Content Strategy

  • Creation and branding of Instagram and LinkedIn business profiles

  • Alignment of existing Facebook page with updated brand look

  • Development of a 3-month content calendar, including:

    • Professionally written posts

    • Integrated photos and video clips

    • Scheduled automated posting

Content will be tailored to each platform to build engagement and showcase Eden’s work and team culture.


4. Google Business Profile & Review Strategy

  • Full buildout and optimization of Eden’s Google Business Profile to enhance search visibility.

  • Creation of a review acquisition system, including a repeatable email/text template to consistently gather client testimonials and grow Google reviews.
