We try to be flexible to work with companies of all sizes. Our basic partnership plans start around $2,500/mo, with an median client investment around $5,000/mo. Enterprise companies with advanced marketing needs can expect to invest $15,000-$20,000/mo.

While we can help create individual videos, we are able to reduce our per hour expense by leveraging volume expectations. Short answer - it may cost more to get one project done.

Yes, all of our TRADEWIND site shooters have a full kit of PPE that they bring with them to all field shoots. This includes hard hat, glasses, and boots. While we bring gloves, it can make dialing in settings a hassle so our shooters may request an exception on glove coverage. If a site has an atypical PPE requirement, we may need to be provided equipment (HAZMAT Suits, etc.)

We operate 3 teams of content shooters so we try to be as available as possible. We appreciate up to 2 weeks of notice to be able to perform any Drone clearances needed. We also provide flexible cancellation policies to our partners for anything up to a 48 hour window before a shoot.

We stick to a tight two week turnaround rule. Sometimes simple content can be back as early as 4 work days later. We can also put in a rush request at an additional fee to meet our clients needs.

When working first-time clients we will not sign a contract longer than 3 months. This allows both sides to determine if they are enjoying the service before advancing into a longer partnership. At that point we do provide terms that would allow for contract cancellation with a one time closeout fee.

Our biggest ask: Think of our content creators as house guests. If it’s not your house, you need to ask permission before we show up.

We need site owner permission before we agree to send a team to shoot.

It is not fair to ask our content team to get yelled at by an unaware superintendant, building owner, security, safety officer, or police officer (we have encountered all of them)

For any first time client we require a 50% deposit before we send a team to your site, with the 50% remainder requested before we transfer files after the video has been approved.

For our content partners, we send an invoice at a once a month interval to guarantee services for the month.

We trust that you’ve seen our work somewhere before hiring us. We don’t charge our clients to fix technical issues (screen blanking out during an edit) though we do stand by every edit we deliver. If you don’t like content once it’s delivered, we’ll do what we can to make it right.
