PARTNERSHIP OPTIONS

Our branding partnerships are intended to be a simple ongoing marketing engine for your company. It is our goal to develop your unique brand voice and position you in your target market uniquely to boost your image and differentiate you from your competitors. We aren’t here to charge you for what you don’t want. MONTHLY CONTENT PARTNERSHIP

STRATEGY

  1. Quarterly direction meetings to discuss needs and goals (i.e. content brainstorm, social media direction, etc.)

With the partnership plan we will be working to create content on a monthly basis to create social media posts as well as remodeling deconstructed episodes. The social media content will be focused on current builds, the CMG design process as well as overall high end imagery.

For Remodeling Deconstructed, we will create an episode template to allow for more concise episodes (Same run time, same flow) This will allow for more focused shooting and editing and will create a more structured video series. In addition to the episodes, we will advise that CMG create a page on their website for the remodeling series. From there, episode summary blogs can be created with a series of photos from the shoot. Each blog can be written with an SEO focus (Utilizing New Hampshire Home Building Verbiage) to create more efficient organic results from search engines like Google. After hearing of the two CMG home builds coming from the episodic content we believe this would be the best way to double down on those efforts.

In addition, a proposal is listed below for the Messa Documentary. Windwood will pair the partnership shoot days with those shoots to cut down on overall costs.

PROPOSAL

Messa Documentary

The Messa Documentary focuses on the Messa family, who grew up on a lake in Manchester, NH. The project will capture the construction progress of their new house, intertwined with the family's personal stories and experiences. It will include regular updates on the building process and a few days dedicated to interviewing the Messa family.

We will be visiting this site over an expected 1 year build as part of our current CMG deliverables.

The final product will be a 10-minute Mini documentary showcasing the family's life by the lake, set against the backdrop of their home's construction, highlighting both the personal and architectural journey.
